GALESBURG - Connie S. Beck, 52, of 279 Michigan Ave. Galesburg, died at 7:02 a.m. Friday, May 15, 2009, at her home.
She was born Sept. 16, 1956, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Vern and Irene E. Olson Beck.
Surviving is her mother of Galesburg; two brothers, Mike Beck of Gadsen, Ala., and David (and Kelly) Beck of Great Bend, Kan.
She was preceded in death by her father in 1994 and a son, Benjamin Beck.
Connie graduated from Galesburg High School in 1973. She was a CNA for several facilities.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 20 at Wataga Cemetery, with the Rev. Tom Ek officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel. Memorials can be made to the Arthritis Foundations or charity of the donor's choice.
